I’ve been trying to watch my calories, which makes it hard when going out for a drink. They all seem to have so many calories, so I came up with my own that is easy and low-cal.
I like to carry around powdered water-flavoring packets in my purse so that when I’m out, I can order a vodka-soda and just flavor it myself . I usually use 1 whole packet, but maybe use half to start and add until you reach the desired taste. Typical sweet cocktails can contain over 300 calories, whereas this one is under 100. Some of my favorite sweeteners to use are Diet Snapple Kiwi Strawberry and Raspberry Lemonade Propel.
