I love whipping this up on a hot day. Since it’s packed with protein and pretty low fat, I don’t feel too bad about indulging often!
(Use more ice cubes for a thicker drink and less for a thinner one.) Add milk, protein powder (I like Trader Joe’s brand), peanut butter, banana, and Jell-o mix to blender and mix until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend! This makes one big shake or a couple small ones.

Mmmm, I think I’ll have to try this!! I love chocolate shakes but hate downing 10,000 calories in a sitting so thanks!
