Simply put, a roasted pumpkin and apple pie smoothie made from scratch that will exceed your expectations. Sweet, refreshing and nourishing! If this 100% homemade smoothie doesn’t knock your socks off, I don’t know what will.
Preheat the oven to 250ºC (about 450ºF). Line a large baking tray with nonstick baking paper. Place the pumpkin and the apples in a single layer on the tray (of course, after you deseeded the pumpkin and cut it in pieces). Roast for about 10 minutes or until the pumpkin is golden and tender.
When the pumpkin and apples are roasted, add them all into the blender. Pour in cold still water and blend them together until smooth and creamy.
