Description
This is like the Dirty Martini’s naughty cousin. Earthy, spicy and a little funky, it’s a great drink for anyone who appreciates a savory drink.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid London Dry Gin
- ¼ ounces, fluid Pepperocini Brine
- ½ ounces, fluid Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash Celery Bitters
- 1 Pepperoncini Pepper (if Desired For Garnish)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients (except pepperoncini pepper) in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pepperoncini pepper.
