This smoothie has fruits and veggies, but just tastes like fruit!
1. If your sweet potato is raw: Wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave for 7 minutes or until cooked. Allow it to cool completely in the fridge and then remove the skin.
2. Slice sweet potato, and add sweet potato slices, peaches, banana slices, and peach mango juice into your blender. Blend. Slowly add water until you reach the desired consistency and fruit and veggies are blended completely.
3. Serve immediately, or freeze in popsicle molds!
