A healthier and cheaper alternative to regular coffee creamers that contain processed and artificial flavors.
Boil water in sauce pan. Remove water and add into blender with dates. Blend to create a puree.
Remove puree from blender and use a strainer to strain out date residue. Return puree into blender and add coconut milk and maple syrup.
The basic coffee creamer is now ready. If making cinnamon creamer, add nutmeg and cinnamon and blend thoroughly. If making chocolate creamer, add cacao powder and blend thoroughly.
Transfer creamer into a Mason jar. Place lid and refrigerate. Creamer will last one week.
