Moscow Mule

It’s basically 2 shots of vodka..freshly squeezed lime juice (I use a 1/2 a lime per drink) and top off with ginger beer over ice and a lime wedge garnish. If you really want to be fancy…slice small pieces of fresh ginger.

This is a refreshing vodka highball that uses ginger beer. Ginger beer is a non-alcoholic “root beer” that has a sweet taste and can be found at most organic grocers but I’ve also purchased this from Kmart.

** warning – do not use with Jamaican style ginger beer. It’s a different/sweeter ginger beer. Bermuda Style is preferred.

Very refreshing and perfect for people who don’t like super sweet drinks.
