Pear juice and elderflower liqueur add a delicious spring-like note to a classic, minty mojito cocktail.
Add the mint, rum, pear juice, St. Germaine and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the mint with a muddler or the back of wooden spoon. Fill the shaker with ice, put the lid on and shake well. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, splash in the club soda, if desired, and garnish with an additional sprig of mint.
