Refreshing black iced tea with mint and coconut milk, this drink is smooth and creamy.
Boil water and turn off heat. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.
Add brown sugar, cardamom, and mint tea leaves. Bring tea to a boil again for just 1 minute to extract flavors of the fresh mint and to make sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off heat and cool down.
Once tea has cooled, refrigerate until cold. Meanwhile, place coconut milk in the refrigerator to cool it down as well.
For each serving, add ice to a large glass, followed by 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1 cup tea. Mix and serve.
