Perfect summer brunch treat!
Mix together the orange juice and the Prosecco. Pour into a shallow dish (I used a pie plate) and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for about 10 hours or until frozen. Every few hours scrape the granita with a fork to make it fluffy.
Serve in glasses garnished with orange slices.
