Avocados, mango and fresh spinach make this a very healthy, but yummy smoothie. Trust me!
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend on low for a few seconds to mix spinach leaves in and then turn up to medium high to high speed for 2 or 3 minutes or until desired consistency.
Drink up! It really is better than you think…and sooo good for you. Nice source of protein and vitamins.

I have just started making green smoothies! Never thought of putting avacado in but sounds likes a great addition! Definitely going to try your version soon
