This Lemon Cream Pie Protein Shake tastes superbly decadent, but it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and packed with protein and fiber!
Add cashew or almond milk, frozen banana, protein powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract and lemon extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream and cookie or pie crust crumbs, if desired.
