You need just basic ingredients to make this Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie: kiwi, chilled milk, yogurt, and oats. That’s it! And of course, a blender. Just mix in the ingredients and blend until smooth. Smoothies are usually the easiest way to encourage your kids to try different types of fruit.
Blend chopped kiwi with half of the milk, yogurt, oats and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Make sure not to completely fill the glasses with the kiwi smoothie.
Clean the blender and blend strawberries with remaining milk, yogurt and oats. Pour strawberry smoothie over the kiwi smoothie.
Sweeten with honey if you prefer. Serve immediately topped with chopped strawberries.
Alternatively, you can simply blend all the ingredients together and serve.
