My husband and I make one of these almost every morning. It’s super healthy and actually fills you up. It’s also a very good way to incorporate veggies into your kids’ diets. Very tasty and refreshing!
Place the torn up kale into a blender along with the water. Blend on high until it turns into a bright green liquid. Add in the individual frozen package of the berry mix, add the soy milk, banana, agave nectar and flax and blend until everything is combined.
