Description
Irish take on the Mojito! It’s green!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 whole Small Handful Of Mint Leaves
- 3 ounces, fluid Bacardi Limon
- Ice Cubes
- Splash Of Club Soda
- Splash Of Creme De Menthe (green)
Preparation
Combine lime juice and mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Using the end of a wooden spoon, mash the two together until mint leaves break apart into small pieces. Add Bacardi and a handful of ice and shake. Pour through a strainer into a martini glass or small glass of choice. Add a splash of club soda, and a splash of Crème de Menthe. The Crème de Menthe will sink, which gives it a cool look. Garnish with lime.
