Warm bittersweet drinking chocolate topped with cinnamon whipped cream.
1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, just until small bubbles begin to form around the edges of the pan. Add the chocolate and sea salt and whisk until the chocolate is melted. Continue whisking for 2 to 3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
2. Meanwhile, place the cream in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat on medium speed for about 3 minutes, until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and cinnamon, increase the mixer speed to medium-high, and beat until stiff peaks form.
3. Ladle the hot chocolate into mugs and top each with a large spoonful of the whipped cream. Dust with more cinnamon and serve immediately.
