Honeydew Melon Martini

Note: to make the melon puree simply puree chunks of honeydrew in a blender or small chopper and pass through a strainer. Also note that although the Midori, a melon-flavored liqueur, is ideal for this drink, if you don’t have any you can substitute triple sec. The result won’t be quite as “melon-y” but still excellent.

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of melon.
