These slushies are all grown up! Made with frozen fruit, homemade simple syrup and vodka, they make the most beautiful and refreshing frozen cocktails perfect for your next party!

For the simple syrup:
Bring the water and sugar to a simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into a bowl and set aside to cool.
For the slushie (double or triple as needed, depending on the size of your blender):
Chill your glass(es) in the freezer before making.
Combine everything in the jar of a blender and puree on low at first and then on high until you have a very well-blended creamy blend of everything. Carefully pour into the prepared glass and garnish if desired. Serve immediately.
