This delicious and nutrient-packed fruit smoothie satisfies and nourishes for hours. A perfect start to any day, snow or shine!
Pour almond milk (or milk of choice) into the blender. Add greens (kale and spinach) along with nuts and blend until smooth. Add banana and fruit. Blend again until smooth and serve for breakfast or as a hearty and very nutritious snack. Happy blending!

For your frozen fruit be sure to pick something sweet, like a frozen berry mixture, this will make the smoothie more palate friendly. Also try cashews instead of walnuts, they give the smoothie a nice creamy feel.

Go fellow smoothie maker. Green smoothies are one of my favorite things to make!
FYI: I have found that nuts blend better if pre-soaked. Just put nuts in a bowl of water for 30 minutes-24 hours, drain & rinse before use. Much better on digestion! Also, oatmeal in smoothies works beautifully as well. Again, I like to use quick cooking oats & soak for 30 minutes.
