Sweet and refreshing!
For the simple syrup:
Boil together the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and then transfer to a Mason jar and chill. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
For the drink:
In the bottom of 4 tall glasses, evenly distribute the mint and raspberries. Add the simple syrup and the vodka and ice. Top with fresh grapefruit juice and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
