The gold variety of kiwi is sweeter and juicier than its green cousin and makes a perfect sweet and sour drink!
Slice the kiwi in half and, using a spoon, scoop out the insides and add it into a cocktail shaker. Discard the peel. Add the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup and muddle until the fruit has broken down. Fill the shaker with ice, put the lid on, shake well and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and a slice of kiwi, if desired.
