Description
Straight from Jerry Thomas, the Gin Daisy is about as classic as it gets.
Ingredients
- Shaved Ice, As Needed
- 1-½ teaspoon White Sugar
- ¾ ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- ¼ ounces, fluid Maraschino (I Used Luxardo)
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Genever (I Used Diep9 Young Genever)
- 4 ounces, fluid Sparkling Water
Preparation
Fill cocktail shaker1/3 full with shaved ice and add all ingredients except sparkling water. Shake well and strain into a large cocktail glass.
Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water.
