A fruity combination of two classic summertime drinks.
Brew your cup of tea as you normally would, either with a K-cup brewer or with bags in boiling water. K-cups are stronger than regular tea. In order to accommodate ice, use two or more tea bags if just using boiling water. Fill a tall glass with ice and the fruit, pour your freshly brewed ice tea into it and top with the fresh mint. I brew a few at a time and put everything into a large pitcher so that the fruit steeps and the tea absorbs the sweet flavors. Sweeten to taste.
