Refreshing real water to sip or gulp… different and tasty!
Slice citrus into thin circles and remove all seeds.
Trim the ends of the cucumber and score the peel with fork tines. Slice the cucumbers into very thin ribbons.
Place cucumbers, cilantro, grapefruit, cranberries and water in a pitcher with ice. Allow mixture (fruits, veggies, water) to cool in the fridge for about 20 minutes in order to allow the flavors to blend.
Pour over ice cubes into a tall glass. Garnish with lemon slices and stemmed cherries.

Hi mickeyduck! Allow the fruits and veggies to cool in in the water for about 20 minutes in the fridge before serving. This allows the flavors to combine. I’ll go back and edit the recipe. Thanks for the heads up!

What am I missing in the prep instructions? What am I supposed to allow to cool?

This sounds amazing! Can’t wait to try it. In Texas, a cool and creative refreshment is vital to social survival! You caught my eye with the Fancy Pants term. Check out my ‘fancy pants potato appetizer’.
