Description
Simple, refreshingly cool, with a touch of lime and fizz this is the perfect highball for summer!
Ingredients
- 3 ounces, fluid Gin (I Like Tanqueray Or Bombay Sapphire)
- 3 ounces, fluid Tonic Water
- 1 slice Lime
- Ice
Preparation
Fill glass halfway with ice and add 3 oz. of gin. Rub the lime along the lip of the glass and then squeeze the juice and toss the entire bit into the glass. Top with tonic water and give a stir.
