The ultimate dessert and cocktail in one!
To rim the glass, finely chop half the chocolate chips and 1/3 of the cookies and put the mixture on a saucer. Dip the rim of the glass in some milk or a bit of ice cream and roll it around in the mixture to coat the rim. Refrigerate for a few minutes to set.
To make the cocktail, add the remaining 2/3 of the cookies into a mini food processor or blender along with the vodka, ice cream, milk, chocolate liqueur, buttershots liqueur and the other half of the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
