A great way to enhance sparkling water, alcoholic beverages or for drizzling over some ice cream, with only 3 ingredients!
Boil the water in a kettle. Place tea leaves in a tea pot with an infuser. Pour the water into the pot and let it steep for about 10 minutes.Discard the tea leaves and pour the tea into a small pot along with the sugar.
With the stove on medium heat, stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves. Allow the liquid to reduce slightly. Pour into a mason jar and refrigerate.
To use, place a few tablespoons into sparkling water with a twist of lemon. Wonderfully refreshing!
