A delightfully old fashioned Celtic cocktail.
In a small saucepan, heat the orange juice just to the boiling point. Remove from the heat and add the honey and whiskey and stir. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to cool slightly, and allow the honey to melt.
Meanwhile heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the oats. Toast and stir for 4-5 minutes until the oats are fragrant and light brown.
Pour the cooled orange juice mixture into a glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of oats.
