In a frying pan, add melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and banana pieces. Cook on medium heat until syrup develops and turns a light brown color. Remove from heat. Allow to cool before placing in a blender.
In a blender, add cooled banana mixture, plain yogurt, and milk. Run blender on high to combine. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
