This smoothie is a great way to get a serving of veggies in your diet and not even know it. You really only taste the banana in this healthy, delicious drink.
Combine ingredients into a Magic Bullet or blender. Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Serves one.

just made it, and it was delicious. I did add a tsp of my dad’s honey. I told my kids it was a cool green banana drink. They loved it. I feel great sneaking some spinach into my kids food. Thanks so much!!

(Forgot to say… I used unsweetened almond milk instead of skim/soy. Trying to stay away from dairy with the yucky congestion.)

I made this one this morning because I had to call in sick to work. Feeling yucky, I decided I needed something yummy and soothing to swallow. This was it! I forgot the flax and will add it next time. I did use 1 tsp agave. YUMMY! Thanks!

I love green smoothies and drank them daily all summer. I added a scoop of protein powder. And it’s so fun to play with different fruit combos.
My husband needed a little sweetness so I drizzled in a bit of agave nectar before blending…so yummy and incredibly good for you!

Looks awesome! Other suggestions would be a splash of coconut water and garnish with local bee pollen.
