Description

A simple, delicious classic.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Bananas
  • ½ cups Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ cups Milk (soy, Regular, Almond, Etc.)
  • 1-½ cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed Or Wheat Germ (optional)

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, and serve immediately.

So good!!! I had to make one as soon as i found it Its now my lunch for today I dont have any flax seed or wheat germ but im going to have to get some to make it healthier. Thanks

Love it! I added more peanut butter, cinnamon and spinach leaves! And I used a frozen banana instead of the ice cubes! Thanks for the recipe!
