I wish I made coffee at home more often. Recipes like this are so easy, there’s really no reason not to! Last Saturday we tried this Bailey’s Spiked Coffee with Dulce de Leche and it reminded me that home brewed coffee can be good. You don’t need to overpay for the fancy stuff.
Start by brewing coffee. When it’s finished, pour the coffee into mugs for individual servings. Top off each mug with Bailey’s Irish Cream.
Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dulce de leche and quickly swirl it into the coffee, until the thick dulce de leche is melted by the hot coffee.
