Apple shake is a healthy drink one should have in the morning. It gives your day a boost.
1. Peel apples and cut into small pieces.
2. Blend milk, sugar and apple pieces in a mixer.
3. Grind cardamom into fine powder and mix into the shake.
4. Pour shake into glasses.
5. Add some crushed ice and serve chilled.
