A very light, delicious dessert.
1. Make the syrup and let it to cool on the side.
2. Separate the yolk from the whites.
3. Mix the yolk with sugar and put it to the side.
4. Mix the egg whites with salt really well.
5. Slowly add in the flour, somalina, and oil; keep on mixing.
6. Pour in the sugar and yolk mix and add in baking powder and pistachios.
Cook at 180C-350F for about 25-30 mins. After cooked, pour the syrup and wait for 10 mins then add some pistachios for decorations.
