Super easy, super yummy.
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Prepare your brownie batter according to directions. Pour batter into a baking dish (9×9 or comparable).
In a medium-sized bowl use a mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and sugar. Add the egg, vanilla and salt and mix until soft and creamy. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl it into the brownie batter with a knife.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Notes: I baked mine on the bottom oven rack for the first 20 or so minutes and moved it to the top for the last 10-15 minutes. This helped the top from browning too much.
