A refreshing (and healthy! and easy!) summer dessert. Next time you’re tempted just to bring sliced watermelon to the BBQ, make this instead and everyone will thank you!
Combine ingredients in a food processor and puree. Pour into a dish and place into the freezer. Every hour for the first 4 hours, take a fork and scrape the granita to keep it slushy. Serve and enjoy!
(If you forget to scrape it for 4 consecutive hours, just let it sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before serving.)

I filled a tall glass 2/3 full with this granita and added 7-Up to the top, tall straw—it was awesome.
