A nice breakfast!
Beat the egg and whisk with sugar and vanilla sugar. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the egg mixture and curds. Add raisins and flour. Mix all well to make a dough.
Put the dough in a greased cake pan (6″ x 2″) and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 390ºF (200ºC).
Remove the curd pudding from the oven and let it cool completely before serving. Serve the curd pudding with sour cream, honey or jam.
