Description

Triple Layer S’mores Bars with dark and white chocolate, mini marshmallows and golden graham crackers. A simple, mouthwatering combination!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BOTTOM LAYER:
  • ⅓ cups Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs, Crushed
  • FOR THE SECOND LAYER:
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1  Egg (large)
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose Or Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1-½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ⅓ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 1 bar (4 Oz. Size) Dark Chocolate, Chopped Into Chunks
  • 1 cup Medium Marshmallows
  • ¼ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Make the first layer by mixing 1/3 cup of melted unsalted butter with the graham cracker crumbs. Once mixed, press down firmly on a greased 8×8 baking pan, lined with parchment paper or aluminium foil. Bake in the preheated 325ºF oven for 5 minutes.

Make the second layer by mixing sugars and softened butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat in egg and add pure vanilla extract. Combine all ingredients well. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt. Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture and whisk all ingredients until well blended and batter is evenly coated with flour. Fold in the semi sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Pour this batter onto the graham cracker crust that was previously pressed into the baking pan.

Finally, add the dark chocolate chunks, marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs to finish off the toppings. Bake in the baking pan for 32–35 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and let cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours, then refrigerate before serving.
