Description

Easy, delicious frosted brownie bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18 To 21 Oz. Box) Brownie Mix, Prepared
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Chocolate Frosting

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini muffin tins or line with mini-muffin liners.

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Stir in sour cream.

Pour chocolate chips and flour into a small bowl. Toss chocolate chips and flour. (This will keep the chocolate chips from falling to the bottom.) Add chocolate chips to brownie batter.

Fill mini-muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely.

Fill frosting bag or sandwich baggie with frosting. Pipe frosting in swirls onto brownies.

These are really great. So simple to make, and yet they taste as though they took lots of work. I brought them once to a potluck at work – and now they are requested frequently. Family loves them also.

Great recipe! Got rave reviews from all who tried it. The preschoolers gave it two very sticky thumbs up.

These cuties are moist and yummy. Way too easy to eat several at once. I used a brownie recipe that had chips in it so I decreased the amount of those I put in. Lacking canned frosting, I frosted them with homemade. They are good with a sweet frosting.

Great, easy recipe. I took them to a cookout with alot of kids; needless to say, they were the first things to go.
