A grown up version of a childhood favorite.
1. In large pan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir and stir and stir until completely melted.
2. Add Cocoa Krispies and toffee and stir until well coated. If you do not have access to the Trader’s Joe’s version, 8 ounces of any toffee covered with chocolate and nuts will do.
3. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Evenly press the mixture into the pan. You can use buttered spatulas, hands, waxed paper, or whatever you have access to. Just do it quickly!
4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it all over the top. Finish by sprinkling with sea salt.
5. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares and enjoy!
