Everyone has their version of the best pie crust ever. This one wins in my book, hands down! It’s so easy too!
Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Cut in shortening until mealy, with some large chunks as well. Mix ice water in with a fork until dough comes together when squeezed with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball. Divide it in half and chill for at least 30 minutes. Use for two single crust pies or one double crust.
