Velvety peach pie with a hint of spices. Goes great with vanilla ice cream.
Place one crust into your greased pie plate.
Combine filling ingredients and toss all to mix.
Transfer the peach filling mixture onto the bottom crust, and level it out.
Roll top crust onto the peach filling, and crimp the edges. Slit top crust.
Place pie plate onto another pan to catch any drippings. It just might bubble over!
Bake pie for 1 hour 10 minutes (70 minutes) at 400F.
Cool for 3 hours. Refrigerate, so it can set.
Serve with ice cream.

The photo shows a crust ‘dropped’ on, how did that work out and what did you do???

Now I found the recipe! I love the idea of add cardamom and allspice. Can’t wait to try it!
