Pink Basil makes Swedish Creme with Berries: an easy-to-make and delicious summer dessert.
In a double boiler (or a glass bowl placed over a pot of water), combine the cream, sugar and cornstarch and heat, stirring often, until the sugar has completely dissolved. The sugar should dissolve before it comes up to a boil.
Remove the mixture from heat and allow to cool. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla and chill. Serve over fruit.
