A ridiculously yummy and healthy dessert or snack! And so easy to make. Dairy-free, sugar-free.
Line a baking sheet with wax proof paper.
In a medium saucepan, melt peanut butter and coconut oil until smooth, stirring occasionally. Stir in cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, honey, almonds, pecans, orange zest, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, vanilla essence and sea salt until evenly coated.
Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet lined with wax proof paper and spread out evenly. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container or bag in the freezer.
