EASY, delicious, flaky, foolproof—and much healthier than some of the alternatives!
This makes two crusts for a 9-inch pie—either a top and bottom for one pie, or bottoms for two!
Mix flour and salt together with a fork.
Pour in oil and mix with the fork, breaking up bigger pieces until it resembles crumbs.
Add water, stir with the fork, and fold with the fork a few times. Then knead the dough a couple of times to incorporate all of the dough into a ball.
Separate into two balls and roll out. Roll out carefully, as it does not patch well.
