A yummy moist brownie topped with cream cheese frosting and fresh summer fruit!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch cake pan or pizza pan. Make sure to grease the cake pan well!
In a medium saucepan melt the chocolate and butter together. After the chocolate is melted, add in 1 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined. Add in the eggs. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add in the flour and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean. Be careful not to over bake. Let cool completely.
For the frosting, mix the cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread evenly over the brownie. Top with desired fruit.
