A light and summery cheesecake dessert.
First, melt the butter. Mix it with the cookie crumbs until well blended, and then press into a 9″ tart pan.
Stick it in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Whip the cream on high speed until it forms stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and cream cheese. Then, mix the two together until well blended.
Fill the crust with the cream cheese filling, then return it to the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Slice the strawberries, and then arrange the berries on top. Store in the refrigerator.
