Fresh, light and healthy too! A delicious summer dessert made with fresh berries and mango. Something your friends will BEG for you to make!
To prepare chips:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking pans with cooking spray and wipe with paper towel to keep spray even and thin.
Brush each wonton with melted butter and place in single layer on cookie sheet. Sprinkle each wonton generously with sugar.
Bake 4-5 minutes until crispy and edges are light brown.
To prepare salsa:
Combine raspberries, honey and lemon juice. Smash to make a puree. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
Makes about 1 and 1/2 cups of salsa.
*Frozen fruits can be used, but fresh is preferred.
*Doubles easily!
*Use extra salsa as an ice cream topper or add to breakfast cereals.
