Description

This is a great dessert to take to a summer get together! Recipe comes from Kitty (recipefreak) and photo by me!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart Fresh Strawberries, Sliced Or Diced
  • 14 ounces, fluid Strawberry Glaze
  • 1 box Twinkies
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 14 ounces, weight Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip , Thawed

Preparation

Combine strawberries and glaze; set aside.

Slice Twinkies in half lengthwise. Place cream side up on bottom of ungreased 9×13 dish.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add Eagle Brand and mix well. Fold in cool whip.

Spread mixture over Twinkies. Spoon strawberry mixture over top.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or until ready to serve. Spoon into individual serving dishes.

*Note: Best to just spoon it out. It doesn’t really set up firm enough to cut in pieces, especially if using lower fat cream cheese and cool whip.
