You can eat this with pancakes, cupcakes or any other desserts you like .
Puree strawberries in to a chunky puree. Then heat them in a small saucepan over a low flame, until they are just warm.
Stir in lemon juice and maple syrup. Serve over pancakes, ice cream or whatever your heart desires.

This looks amazingly simple and good. I just might have to serve it with the French toast we’re having tomorrow!
